Company parties are a time for coming together, celebrating and a sense of community, and this was also the case at KLINGER Kempchen at the end of September.
Employees from all departments gathered to celebrate the Oktoberfest together.
The event provided the perfect opportunity for colleagues to get to know each other better outside of the work environment and have a great time together.
In keeping with tradition, many colleagues wore lederhosen and dirndls, and the event also offered a wide range of delicious Bavarian specialities, which were supplied by a local catering company.
The entertainment at the Oktoberfest was varied and provided laughter and good humour for the participants. There was live music with a Bavarian band that fuelled the atmosphere with traditional music. Various games and activities were also organised, including a dirndl and lederhosen contest and a nailing competition where colleagues could put their skills to the test.
The Oktoberfest was not only an opportunity to celebrate, but also a way for the company to express its recognition and appreciation for the hard work and dedication of its employees.
It also showed the importance of community and togetherness in working life and how it can strengthen morale and bonds within the organisation.
Overall, the Oktoberfest was a cheerful, sociable day full of fun and community spirit, as well as a welcome break from the daily work routine and an opportunity to get to know colleagues in a new way.
